Tons of shopping needs to happen this weekend! I am in desperate need of a spring purse (any suggestions?), a new wallet to match and of course something...

Green to wear on St. Patrick's Day! I still can't believe I am Irish and don't really have anything green to wear to work. Pretty pathetic.

I also hope to partake in some holiday festivities this weekend to celebrate my heritage, even if it means going out to the bar by myself, wearing my Everyone Loves An Irish Girl t-shirt and drinking green beer. Oh wait, I don't like beer. I'll have them add the green food coloring to my vodka tonic. Much better.

Fine dining might also happen this weekend. A gift certificate from work with a choice of a few different downtown restaurants is burning a hole in my pocket. Must use now! Oh, I could buy a new dress to wear on said date. Like I need an excuse to go shopping ;)

Basically, this weekend you have a 95% chance of finding me at the mall.

*So now it's your turn!
This weekend I __________________. You can do it TGIF style if you want!

Am going to clean our apartment! Because wow does it need it.

Also, I have a green spring coat. Does that count? Or does it have to be something I wear all day long?

This weekend, you are 95% likely to find me in bed. And I hear you on the green! I just bought a green sweater last week because I didn't have anything to wear for Patty's!

Have a great weekend!

I'm pretty sure the last time I did this my T was for taxes. And guess, what? They still have to get done. So I'll hopefully do those and do some shopping as well!

HA: I still can't believe I am Irish and don't really have anything green to wear to work.

I like that it says STILL. Without still that would be a normal sentence but with the word still it's hilarious.

Good to know I'm not the only Irish girl out there who doesn't have green work clothes. I've got a plethora of going out/fun green-ness, but nothing work appropriate. I mean, I could wear my "Irish Girl: A Man's Best Drinking Buddy" shirt, however, I don't think the dean would be too terribly amused!

Good luck shopping!

This weekend, there is a 95% chance I will be doing my taxes and a 100% chance I will be avoiding the St. Patty's Day parade at all costs. Sorry, I'm just not that into the tradition.

Am enjoying lots of down time, with very few plans.

A month ago, I found a green t-shirt at a thrift store that read "Happy St. Patrick's Day: Race for the Beer." I can't wait to wear it.
