tiff- the bedroom furniture is from bonton. which used to be elder beermans. i don't know if either of those places are near you. value city furniture also has some great deals. that's where i got my kitchen table for $200!
stilletoheights- i know! i need something to hang above my couch! commission work? wink, wink.
lisa- yes, i'm allowed to paint but i haven't decided if i will yet. i would have to paint everything back to white when i moved out...
miss m.- i had all the furniture before i moved in. most of the accessories and knickknacks are all new though. some of the rugs and paintings, too.
rachel- the kitties are doing fabulously well. holly always adjusts well. i was worried about margot but she only hid under the couch for one day :)
sara- i am a pretty neat person overall, but since i just moved in this is probably the best it will ever look ;)
nicole- those are the mint ones. SO GOOD!

As the mom of four kids, all I see is CLEAN, oh so very CLEAN!! There is NO CLUTTER!! Please tell me you made the bed just to take the picture. I can't remember the last time a bed was made in my house.
